No — Lodgr is 100% cloud-based. Just open a browser on your laptop, tablet, or phone. No installs, no manual updates, no servers to maintain.
Yes. One account can manage hotels, villas, boarding houses, and homestays at the same time. Each property's data is isolated, but you still get an aggregate dashboard for overall performance.
Yes. We use Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) so owners technically cannot access each other's data. Automatic backups every 6 hours, encryption at rest and in transit.
In progress. For now, OTA bookings can be added manually with channel tagging — per-channel analytics already work fully. Direct integration ships in Q3 2026.
Pricing is per-property + plan + add-ons. Start free (1 property, max 10 rooms). Upgrade to Pro for unlimited rooms and full analytics. Each property can run on its own tier (Hotel on Pro, boarding on Free).
Not at all. With a single property, the UI hides the property selector. You'll just see 'add room' and 'view reservations' — simple. Multi-property only appears when you add a second property.
For example, a 50-room hotel might enable WhatsApp alerts for booking confirmations + multi-user for the front-desk team. A small villa stays on Free with no add-ons. It's flexible — every property can be configured differently.
Yes. Our onboarding team will help import room data, room types, and booking history from Excel or your existing system. It usually takes 1–2 working days.
